Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping:

• Destinations: We exclusively ship live Quaker parrots to states within the US where Quaker ownership is legal. Ensure to check the legal status in your state before completing the purchase.

• Cost: The shipping fee is based on the buyers zip code and usually ranges from $100 - $150. We ship from zip code 77662 in Texas.

• Process: We ship our birds through the USPS directly to your local post office with Priority Mail Express. Shipping usually take 1-2 days. We prioritize the health and well-being of our birds, working closely with each buyer to ensure that the process is smooth and that your new feathery companion arrives happy, healthy, and safe.

Returns & Refunds:

• Refunds are issued under two (unlikely) conditions:

  • The bird does not arrive alive. (Photos of bird and band number on its leg are required for refund)

  • The bird passes away from sickness within 7 days of arrival. (Photos and vet verification of illness required before refund)

• Verification: In the unfortunate and unlikely event of the bird’s passing within the first 7 days of arrival, Contact Us immediately! Detailed Photos of the bird (including it's leg band information), and a vet examination is required before a refund can be processed. An official diagnosis from an avian vet confirming that the bird was unwell upon arrival is mandatory to process the refund.

• Exclusions: Please note that the vet fees for the necessary examination and diagnosis are not covered in the refund.

• Communication: In case of any issues or concerns upon the arrival of your bird, kindly Contact Us as soon as possible, ensuring we can address and resolve the matter swiftly.
