Shipping:

• Destinations: We exclusively ship live Quaker parrots to states within the US where Quaker ownership is legal. Ensure to check the legal status in your state before completing the purchase.

• Cost: The shipping fee ranges from $100 to $250, depending on the delivery location. Exact costs will be communicated after determining the destination. We ship from zip code 77662 in Texas.

• Process: We prioritize the health and well-being of our birds, working closely with each buyer to ensure that the process is smooth and that your new feathery companion arrives healthy and safe.

Returns & Refunds:

• Refunds are issued under two (unlikely) conditions:

  • The bird does not arrive alive.

  • The bird passes away from sickness within 7 days of arrival.

• Verification: In the unfortunate event of the bird’s passing within the first 7 days of arrival, a vet examination is required before a refund can be processed. An official diagnosis from an avian vet confirming that the bird was unwell upon arrival is mandatory to process the refund.

• Exclusions: Please note that the vet fees for the necessary examination and diagnosis are not covered in the refund.

• Communication: In case of any issues or concerns upon the arrival of your bird, kindly Contact Us as soon as possible, ensuring we can address and resolve the matter swiftly.
